The location in an industrial area was marvellous and decent and there were a shopping mall and a market nearby. The hotel had a nice restaurant for breakfast.

Delicious continental breakfast with lots of options to choose from. the room is well-equipped and cozy with an amazing view. 🌟 the facilities here are top-notch and the location is super convenient, just a hop away from the nearest train station.

The breakfast was very tasty. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Plastic dishes at breakfast. The shuttle service leaves a lot to be desired, we would have to wait up to 50 minutes at minus 15 degrees. If we had known that before we would have walked about 12 minutes.

I happened to touch myself on a snowy day (21/3), I told the hotel that my flight was not leaving. I had to pay for a night where I was. And the hotel didn't discount me the night I didn't go. Very Bad Attitude.

We had an really good stay at this hotel. Customer service was fantastic, great to check in early. The room was clean and fresh-smelling, with a comfortable bed and great pillows. The restroom was also very clean, with fluffy towels. The hotel facilities were great, including a gym and a business office that we could use for free. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including fresh eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt. The location in a quieter neighborhood was a bonus, and the shuttle service to the subway station was very convenient.

all in all, accommodation was what we expected. breakfast, typically american, plentiful, good - we didn't mind the plastic dishes and cutlery, you can find them everywhere in the usa. helpful was the bus shuttle, brought us uncomplicated to the subway and also picked us up from there late in the evening after a call. by this way, manhattan was quickly and comfortably accessible. price-performance ratio is right.

little bit loud from the street, curtains in the room are not suitable for darkening, because they only cover the sides of the window - in the middle it remains bright. with a little bit of sophistry we have solved this problem (bracketed together :-) ). otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

relatively far to the nearest subway. continuous noise, from the busy road or from one of the companies in the area. partly went on all night.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! the value for money was outstanding - we got so much more for our budget compared to other hotels in the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. And finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the New York City skyline. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included in the rate was a fantastic bonus.

Location is convenient but the neiggborhood not safe

The bed... very comfortable. The bathroom was clean to the extent that one enjoys showering!

The breakfast area was not very clean, the guests did not cooperate with the staff; but the staff was very attentive!

Despite its location in an industrial zone, the hotel is convenient with shuttles to the train station and easily accessible by cab or a short walk. The rooms are clean, bright, and well-appointed, with basic amenities provided. The staff is friendly and the service is commendable. Additionally, the breakfast offered is awesome, with a wide variety of options ranging from fruits to sausages, yogurts to bagels.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory or better.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that don't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the fantastic view of the Manhattan skyline. The location, though in an industrial neighborhood, is surprisingly quiet and just a few stops away from Grand Central Station on the No 7 subway line. The breakfast, with a variety of hot food options, is included in the rate and adds to the overall positive experience.

All was just fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Your website said that they offered free shuttle to and from the airport, but they discontinued that service in March. They were kind enough to reimburse us for the taxi ride to the hotel, but that left us with the car service to pay for on the return trip to the airport.

It seemed to be set in a more industrial area, or at least, there were not any other businesses such as restaurants and convenience shops near by.
